The Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and Management is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of practicing educational leaders and develop the leadership capabilities of emerging and aspiring leaders to meet the challenges of the contemporary educational environment. it is intended to serve teachers as well as practitioners in middle and senior management roles from all levels of the educational system who wish to proceed beyond a first degree while maintaining their jobs.
