Jamaica Tertiary Education Commission (J-TEC) assesses overseas qualifications to establish their level on the National Qualifications Framework of Jamaica (NQF-J). J-TEC provides applicants with Qualification Assessment Reports that assist them to answer questions that arise concerning the equivalency, use and educational level of an overseas qualification in the Jamaica.
