University of the West Indies - Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
The MBBS Degree Programme is a medical undergraduate programme providing a broad education for the study of health and disease. In addition to medical training, students experience university life and the beginnings of professional development in preparation for a career in Medicine. The award of a UWI medical degree entitles graduates to be registered with the medical councils of the English speaking Caribbean for internship and for later independent practice or specialist training.

Entry Requirements:
Mininum of five CXC, CSEC or GCE O-level subjects in English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics;
Passes in two two-units of Biology, Chemistry and one other two-unit CAPE or A-level subject;
A Basic Sciences degree with credits obtained in Biology and Chemistry and one other subject. Applicants MUST complete both units to be considered eligible. - Number of Credits: 184
