NVQ-J Level 2 in Customer Engagement Operations
This qualification targets Individuals wishing to advance their career in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. Persons who complete this NVQJ may explore several career options including: Customer Engagement Representative, Debt Collector, Telemarketer and Technical Support Professional. The knowledge and skills components of this qualification, are geared towards demonstrating knowledge of how to apply communication skills in a customer engagement environment, apply workplace health and safety awareness, provide customer service, engage outbound customers, use business technologies and apply digital literacy. This qualification is aligned to the National Qualifications Framework of Jamaica and is equivalent to a Vocational Certificate. It provides a basis for matriculation and is an alternate route to higher education. Having successfully completed this programme, candidates will be awarded a recognised NVQJ Level 2 qualification, which is regionally and internationally accepted.
