 INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS

The B.A. in Information Studies is for students with an interest in information flows, policies surrounding access to information, and the management of archives in the public and private sectors. The programme includes an internship. Its graduates are information professionals who are well equipped to face the challenges of the dynamic information environment and to provide leadership in managing the information needs in the Caribbean in the 21st century and beyond. Graduates of the programme are expected to be lifelong adaptable learners, critical and analytic thinkers, capable researchers and communicators. This programme provides a basis for postgraduate degree study in Information Studies, in Archives and Records Management, and related subject areas.
