Successful graduates from the B. Sc Business Administration will be able to:
1. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in the functional areas of accounting; marketing; human resource management; finance and management
2. Appreciate the ethical, legal and social obligations and responsibilities of business operations
3. Apply ethical principles in the business environment with people of diverse ethnic, cultural, gender and other backgrounds
4. Communicate using language in written and verbal forms in the business environment with current technology and presentations to a variety of audiences
5. Integrate business technologies in business processes and solutions
6. Apply fundamental concepts and relationships underlying accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, and human resource systems
7. Apply information technology and use the information to support business processes and make decisions.
8. Perform team activities in variety of work environments
9. Demonstrate proficiencies in discipline specific areas identified as specializations
10. Conduct methodological, secondary research into business issues, which may relate to general business or to a specific business function
11. Understand the nature and dynamics of social behavior relating to organizational performance in order to develop strategies to become effective in organizations
