This Customer Service Level 3 qualification targets individuals working and operating within the Business Services Industry. This programme is best suited for a Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Care Supervisor, Team Leader Customer Service/ Customer Care Team Leader. This qualification has to do with managing all aspects of customer service and supervising teams of employees within a Customer Service environment. Their responsibilities will include, managing customer relationship and service delivery, resolving conflict and building relationships within scope, building team performance and managing a healthy work environment. Participants will be trained to coordinate the implementation of customer service strategies, tailor a product or service to meet customer needs. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product and service, provide general advice on financial products and services, implement an operational plan and provide mentoring and coaching within the workplace.
