The B.Ed. Information Communication Technology targets teachers who wish to upgrade their status from a teaching diploma to a Bachelor’s degree. The programme of study consists of specialist courses for teachers of ICT, a core of education courses which provides the essential foundation for any programme in education, and content courses offered in the Digital Media Production, Animation, and Computer Science programmes. The programme is intended to stimulate students’ commitment to lifelong learning and continuous professional development. This programme provides a basis for entry into a range of Master’s of Education programmes, such as in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Measurement, and Teacher Education.
