These individuals have substantial depth of knowledge of construction techniques and floristry design elements and principles. They work independently and possess supervisory responsibilities to plan, monitor, and evaluate the work
of team members. The qualification plan covers creativity and entrepreneurial Ideas; advanced floral design and construction techniques; floral designing for corporate events & competition; coordination of floristry merchandise; development of supervisory skills; information and technology skills and the preparation of business proposals.

 Persons who complete this qualification can be employed in the following jobs: Floral Design Specialist; Floral Design Manager.
