Participants in this program ‘Postal Services Level 2’ are prepared with the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes to operate in the postal and courier industry as supervised skilled workers who will require clear directions on how to complete the tasks. They will be capable of occupying
positions such as postman and postal clerk. The training will allow them to demonstrate knowledge of postal and courier mailing operations, apply industry knowledge, promote a healthy and safe work environment and demonstrate professional behaviour and skills in their daily activities.
