It is for the worker employed in the manufacturing sector where large quantities of material are produced, transported, and stored. Persons seeking a career in civil construction or those who want to gain proficiency in the use of various equipment can also pursue this qualification. The workers at the lower levels are given clear instructions on how to carry out their tasks, but at higher levels, they can be contracted to operate various equipment related to material handling operations and/or the supervision of this equipment on the civil works construction site.
